I'M BACK.. haha.. miss sch the first day.. and SHIT! kitchen practical.. learning different kind of cuts.. but i am not there so 10 marks deducted for me.. kinda of disappointed but no choice.. need to go aikho hse to learn how to cut and the names of the cut.. if not later exam i die! haha.. a brand new timetable for this semster.. basically is emphasizing on F&B.. shld be quite interested in it but maybe not all.. and all the timing sucks.. many days i will be ending late in sch.. the worst is 8pm.. how am i gonna survive you this semester.. WHEN CAN I MEET MY GENIA???? haha.. I MISS YOU! still say i am bad.. photos i taken in korea maybe sometime later than i upload.. yesterday in demo kitchen i learn how to make a couple kinds of stocks and sauce.. haha.. hopefully i can really know how to cook them.. is not easy and takes quite a lot of time.. i think that shall be it! :)
